[Release] Milk Looca Skin

Here is my milk skin for looca. I am still working on it so be kind. Let me know what I can do to make it better.

I made a slight change... my website won't let me upload the new zip though. All i did was switch the highlight bmp's (highlight.bmp and highlight_dis.bmp) so that the darker of the two is the selected look and the lighter is the away window look. Flip these two files and the skin looks better I think. Let me know what you think if you downloaded the skin.

Here is the updated Zip to make the text selection color the darker color when selected and the light color when away.
