Using the base of the the CurDesklet that was created by AndreasV a while ago - being able to show your desktop as an image on...er your desktop, I had the idea today that if someone could create a Virtual desktop Desklet it could be combined so that....
when you click on the desktop image (of the other desktop) it would flip to the other desktop, then the image on the desktop would be the other desktop!
Now I know that makes no sense at all, but I know what I mean 
And how about even more functionality? Clicking on and dragging any of the windows in the virtual desktop representation onto the current actual desktop transfers them to that desktop. If that makes sense. I haven't yet seen any virtual desktop managers that do this.

the Virtual Desktop plugin for SharpE could do this.

This is a great idea, somebody should try to do this... I would, but i cannot code. I will help in any other way i can though.
I need to investigate if this is all possible, but I really don't have time to do this now, coding on AveDesk1.1 
no worries andreas. I understand that you are extremely busy. I just didnt want this idea to die, it would be awesome if its possible
i just use altdesk for my virtual desktop needs.. even when i use sharpe i use altdesk because sharpe's vwm is kinda icky
