Hello all.
Im on a quest to find an app which true mimics the behavior of the OSX finder (the file/directory explorer). Ive hit the boards here pretty hard and tried every finder attempt I could get my hands on; unfortunately the ones I could find simply mimic the osx window appearance and display a quick-nav side bar. Im looking for one which actually mimics the behavior when browsing directories and files.

With so many betas out there, it's good as CF has pointed out to wait and see how they each develop.
By then, I believe that we'd have the choice of either true-ness to OSX Finder or functionality and capabilities. Hopefully something more like PathFinder. :naughty:
yes wait a little bit. as you guys have said before there are many betas out there. you will just have to wait to see which apps come out ahead. I personally favor Felix because Alim is working more on the "actual" finder with the panel viewing and all. Then again Neo has more of the "look" with the color labels and all. But as i said, just wait and see which one suits you best.

What all the finders for XP are missing which I would like to see is a menubar that is available to objectbar. One could just put it in the resources of the .exe and it should work.... I think.
Fellas, especially Carbonfiber, Im not asking for any of you to up and produce one from thin air. I posted moreso to see if anyone was aware of one currently available.
Maybe you all get alot of noobs demanding software, I dunno.
