[Help] Some Problems On Using Flyakitesp1 V5.1

I just installed Flyakitesp1 V5.1 on my WinXP Eng Pro. But I some there are some problem

why in the system propertities, image has a blackground as shown below

and in my desktop , why the IE desktop icon is so ungly

You need to use 32-bit color for alpha blending to work.
