[release]foobar Itunes Layout

DOWNLOAD

INSTRUCTIONS

First Download the Columns UI plugin from here. Just copy the .dll over to C:\Program Files\Foobar2000\Componets.

Activate Columns UI by opening Foobar prefrences and going under the "display" option then under "User interface module" select Columns UI.

Restart Foobar.

Go back into prefrences and under "display" go to "Columns UI" and click import and select my file.

Restart Foobar and viola.

[edit] This isnt an exact 1:1 port of itunes. Also, I take no credit in the original format string, just the color formating.[/edit]

What does the rating system do? Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I am wondering if it communicates with the real iTunes or something...

Actually at the moment the way you can rate songs isn't ideal, as it leaves a tag *in* the songs, and not in a FooBar database.... the same with play counts (which you need to read the FAQs to set up... FYI) There's no connection to Itunes in that respect.

It does work though, and there's some great development work behind the project. :lol:
