[release] Avepreview2 Milk Skin

This is my first ever skinning attempt... so some things might look a little 'wrong' but I plan on fixing them, but I need some 'professional eyes' to view it and give me some C&C on what to fix.

Second, let me first give credit where it is due... the entire "MILK" theme/idea/skin... etc.. was created by Max Rudberg, his site is www.MaxThemes.com so with out more babbling... let me give you some screenshots and whatnot.
