Msn Problem

ok people can yall help me out with my msn messenger. Every time I try to sign in on msn messenger or i try to sign in on any kind of msn related things it says

"Sorry, we can not sign you in because the sign-in name you entered does not exist or your password is wrong" then at the end of that it says 0x81000303

But they are both right becaused i can get on on others computer but not mine then when i go to the tools menu then go to the options menu i go to connections and it says

"you are currently NOT connected to .NET Messenger service.

but my internect works perfectly fine

Are you behind a firewall of some sort, or on a corporate (or university, or something) LAN?

The port that MSN uses might be getting blocked, maybe?
