[wip] Titanium 7 Port

While I am still working on the [fear] platinum project I have also undertaken porting another Mac theme, Titanium 7. It's pretty much complete, already have permission, just waiting for a few little things here and there to sort out with the author. Unfortunately the awesome transparent menus of the original aren't possible with visual styles, but I've asked crni if it's possible with ObjectBar, haven't heard back yet though.

BTW, if someone knows how to solve the Photoshop button problem please let me know.
