[help] Problems With explorer And Customized Icons

I've got some problems with the Windows-Explorer and my customized Shell-Icons.

When I start Explorer with Winkey+E the icons of folders and drives are shown correctly like I want them.

But when I start Explorer by a Shortcut of explorer.exe these Icons shown with the default ones.

Does anybody knows a trick or "special-shortcut" to fix the problem?

I can't find an answer.

I've fixed it by my own.

I don't know the exactly translation, but the problem was, that

"start folder-windows in its own process" was enabled.

It's available in Win-Explorer at "Extras/...options"
