I downloaded a bunch of Os X Icons form Clotz site, but their in .PNG format.
Can anyone tell me how to convert them to .ICO and preserve transparency?
I'd like to try to convert them, because they're 128x128 size and many Os X Icons I have are not.

If you just have a few png to convert to ico, this website will do it without installing any software:
Search for iConstructor in the forums or AveIconifier
I use IconSushi [ http://www.towofu.net/soft/e-aicon.php ]. Great tool.
Hi j-blues,
I can recommend the free software IcoFX at http://icofx.ro/
It can make .ico files up to 256 px and can also handle the Mac .icns format. It can also extract .ico files from programs etc.
IconWorkshop (payware) can probably do a whole lot more, but IcoFX is perfect for me... ![]()
