Problems With Site Favico

Hello all. I've been trying to add a favico to StyleSuites, like you've done here on Aqua-Soft. It appears fine in the address bar, but it appears all weird and stretched. I've included a screenshot.

Is this happening to anyone else? If so, does anyone know what could be causing it? Any help is appreciated
