[help] Open/save Dialogue Mod

There was this panther save dialogue mod a long time ago and now the background bmp doesnt' suit my theme.

Anyone has a link to the original thread cause I can't find it. I need to know which file i have to reshack to change the bmp.

I think somewhere in the first post it says what file need to be replaced, so I hope this helps
