[release] Jetblack Stickies

Something simple.

Just rename the extension from .jpg to .bmp, and place it in the Stickies folder.

Good to go.

NEOS is giving me some problems with the font colours. Need to complete my report first. So switching to JetBlack and giving it a go.

Well, who knows? But I'm still in the dark brotherhood.
