Ok so this is my first visual style by myself from scratch.. Wish me luck 
anyways the inspiration came from of all places a sunday advertisement in my local newspaper.. It was an executive desk hence the name.. Damn im creative..
anyways heres a preview im about 10% done right now so stay tuned..

more wood and brushed, less gloss. that'd be much better. I dont like glossy wood, looks corny.
Suggestion: lose the gloss and bevel...on all of your work
No offence, but the screenshot shows us like nothing of the visual style, just a long bar....
Its a cool concept tho, i would like to see how you implement the rest of the theme. It might be cool to use dovetails for soemthing i think.
I think the concept is wonderful (doesnt float my boat though) but really the quality of this theme is lacking. The tabs don't look that great. The buttons are pixelatied along their borders.
I know it is hard to produce a wood look but if you dont have it down 100% theres no reason to release it cuase it would be lacking formality.
Don't take this the wrong way, this is meant to be constructive critzism. If you work out the kinks i'm sure people would like it. I do applaud your attempt at handiling this task though.
