Bzfinder 1.x Wishlist

Hi Okeh,

I appreciate verry much Bzfinder. Actually is my explorer (filebrowser, not shell) replacer. It was verry hard to me to identify the finest Finder clone, but bzfinder actually rox. The minimum point that pasts bzfinder in the top is the "start path" feature. I made some copies of the app that can starts in my favorite containers and in this way I can replace the explorer filebrowser.

What i strongly want to the future versions.

- The name of the opened container (folder / volume) in the titlebar instead of "Panther" string

- View files as icons/list/details... by the button and by right click (the last is allready implemented)

- The shortcuts with arguments to have ONE copy of the application

- Right pane items fully customizable (Multi volume view, CD items with eject possibility even multi CD-drives)

- Solving the WindowFX bug

- My Computer view

I wait for some of these implementations and I wish you more and more success.

Okeh- awesome awesome work. Your finder (1.1) is my new favorite because it starts up so quickly. (Y)

I'd like to second the wish for a WindowFX fix.

Also I'd like to be able to highlight a file, press delete and have the app delete it (so you don't have to right-click--> delete it).

And finally, have the app remember which icon view you choose (I like the thumbnail view for my pictures folder.

Hmm... that's weird. On most stuff it does work, I just tried it once before and it didn't work. My bad!

your finder is really fantastic, I use it all the time !

I agree with all the request already is the wishlist, and add some little bug report :

-the shadow is strange with YzShadow too, almost unvisible (maybe an internal window size error ? seems the sadow is under the window...)

-when you set an URL as shortcut, it displays correctly the webpage; but the buttons are not skinned by the current VisualStyle, even with a .manifest.

-When the preferences button is clicked, the blue button is then too JPEG-compressed.

-Fix winroll bug : the window is not completly rolled. Maybe an internal engine ?

On Yzshadow the option "Offset to an inner side" must be "5"
