Problems With Per Application Settings

I'm testing Windowblinds out for a friend, he's just bought and installed v4.2 but couldn't get per application settings to work.

I downloaded v4.2 trial and I also can't get the things to work. I've set up a per application setting as follows:

In Per Application:

Add New Setting, located and chosen firefox.exe.

Selected Use Specified Skin

Select Skin... Select Safari (The skin from Aquarious' Safari FX skin)

Clicked OK

Clicked Apply Changes.

Now they all use the Safari theme, I change that in the theme section, and now they all (including Firefox) use that theme.

So, what are we doing wrong in setting per app settings?

I second this...I'd like to know if its possible to use a per-application skin without completely setting my windows skin to WB???

That's strange. I did exactly the steps Acaeris did and it worked fine for me...

I'm with Sid. However, I noticed that you installed the trial version. Perhaps there is a limitation in the trial version which prevents you from applying the per application feature.

Right there are two headings to concentrate on the first is of course the 'per application' heading... setup a new setting with a specific skin and when you press apply make sure the skin being previewed in the 'My Skins' is not the skin youve just applyed even if you just preview a skin if it is highlighted pressing Apply changes will apply the changes throught the WB application.

Just a thought its a mistake I make myself often when searching through my skins....

but I have got a full copy of WB v4.2 and have about 20 per app settings and all apps shows thier specified skin with everything else shows the default...

Well, I'll keep looking into it as it's still not working properly.
