I've got an icl-file with size over 32 Mb. Any image editing/viewing application fails to open it. I obtained information, that there's a memory limitation for such files, like in previous versions of Photoshop with big PSD. Is there a way out to unpack icons from this huge ICL?
[help] 32+ Mb Icon Library
You need an icon specific program (Axailis IconWorkshop or Microangelo). An ICL is an Icon Library, it contains many ICO's in one file. Like a ZIP of ICO's.
Try getting IconPackager....it'll unpack all those icons into .ico format.

Axialis IconWorkshop 5.03 has 32Mb file limitation - this was the message from their support team =(
I use Microangelo.
Just a tip: you can still open icl files with resediting apps, i've tried Restorator.
