[help] Application Icons Are All Defaults!

Hey, all of my application icons (ie, nero, realone, emule, etc) have the windows default icona and i cant change the icons back to their origionals using windows or any other type of icon changer. Can someone help?

Yeah but the info that i got didn't help because the string was already set to %1
