Get permission from the author (just send an email and say something along the lines of "I used your icons to do a modded set of my own, can I release them"). If yes, make sure you add who the original author is (a link to their site would be nice if they have one) and mention that you did get permission in a readme. If no, do not distribute them. And welcome to Aqua-Soft.
