Weather In Mobydock

Could somebody help me with how MobyDock requests weather condition reports?

I am working myself on a GNU PHP/MySQL-based Nucleus CMS system ( http://hulan.info/blog/item/nucleus-cms-ve...edition-updated ) and would love to see a "weather" plugin implemented, are you using some kind of publicly available service / API for this?

never mind, i've coded a PHP script myself, which is capable of displaying weather forecast for next 3 days for any major capital city, here it is (GNU license):

The weather item of MD seems retrieve weather info. from weather.com. However the site only provide weather info. of countries like US but not asian countries.

How can I get show weather info of asian countries ? for example Hong Kong
