[help] Foobar Color Hex Formatting

What hex does Foobar use, especially for the coulmns UI plugin?

I would get the hex from photoshop and when i applied it in foobar it would show up a completely different color.

If i'm being too vague I could post a screenshot when I return home from work.

It seems to be putting in the correct colors here.. for example FF00FF is nasty magic pink which renders correctly... can you post an example?

Would $rgb(x,x,x) work? Dunno, i'm not an expert with these things

use foobar to know the exact code of colour of your choice.

with photoshop you can pick a colour(ore use a color Hex code)and give the same R,G,B to foobar to get the Hex code of foobar.

don't know if i'm clear :naughty:

in red the foobar values and the foobar colour code

in blue the photoshop values and colour code

this is an HEX form to RGB in fact, values are coded from 0 fo 255 in decimal, and from 00 to FF in hex.... this is simple

this is #FF0000 (255,0,0)

this is #00FF00 (0,255,0)

so as Derek said, you can use Photoshop to pick up the color you want you can also use a color picker (you should find one free easily on www.download.com)
