For the most part you got it right.
The trillian skin is a re-mod of my iChat Fathom mod, the icons can be found over @ WinCustomize and DeviantArt iI think the collection is called BrushedBlack or something like that, the file manager thing is Midnight Commander and finally the wallpaper is my own @1920x1440.
btw if anyone knows of an Black or Brusher Black metal CD or DVD thats 128x128 or higher that will fit in properly with my samurize script and other icons can you please post them or PM me the link thanks.

Howd you get it that color?
Yea, it is a funny color. I haven't been able to mimic it in PS (hue/sat)
