i found this, i need it on .ico too use with iconpackager. PNG dont work.
It is easy too change it ? I dont know how to do it, photoshop can do that.
somebody can do it if they dont take much time plz ? or can tell me how to do it...

there are a lot graphic converter (though few are free to do this) if I'm not mistaken there's alittle good soft called aikon xp (or something like that) that works flawlessly.

There's another gadget to create icons from images. It's called Iconbuilder XP, download it from www.iconfactory.com. You can create icons 16,24,32 and 48 pixels (regular windows XP icons) with it from photoshop layers (it's a photoshop plugin)
It works fun for me, but when you want 128 pixel icons, you should use @icon Sushi.
Icon Packager already made just waiting for permission to upload.
