A while back i've noticed that trillian has a great feature of incative modes where you could make it either transparent or grayed out.
I think its a super lovely feature since it immitates the osx quite good. Its not identical but by far it resembles the look and gets farther away form a win32ish GUI even more.
My request is if there is a way to make a utility which will take over the shell (and you could exclude apps of course), so like iBlend it will change the coloring/transperacy (coloring prefered) when inactive, but this time make it grayed out. Like in the osx things will stand out a lot and it will look really good. It would be REALLY awesome if the app could have a scaling feature of the desaturation, or even brightness/contrast.
If we have such an app, I would be happy
and oh yeah, it'll really help the community and stuff.
