Control Panel Display Being Living On " Desktop "?

What allow the control panel display being living on " Desktop " ?

My operating system is Windows XP+SP1.

If you're talking about showing the Control Panel in My Computer that's extremely easy. Open any folder and go to Tools ---> Folder Options ----> View. The 4th checkbox from the bottom says "Show Control Panel In My Computer". Just check that and you should be set. I think that's what you're refering to but I'm not quite sure. Hope it helps.
