Lo all, i found icon for system tray on the board,
I have too change it, because it look bad with neos theme, i want to change it for the small black mac icon....
Can you tell me how to do this plz ?? tks !!

YOu have to use Resource Hacker to change the icons. I have a Winamp icon you can use but as for MSN someone else might have one.

did they have a tutorial to tell how to do that, sorry, im little confuse ...
BAM, it's sometimes easy as heaven, sometimes hard as hell... Some of the systray icons are stored inside the .exe file that it represents. for instance, Y'z shadow or Avedesk have the trayicon stored in the .exe.
Simply open up that file with reshacker and replace the iconresource. You can find tutorials on how to work with reshacker at many places... make a google search, read some and be an expert.
Anyway... for some icons it's harder. For instance outlook is difficult. There's a thread about that icon and some other trayicon tweaks in the icon section of the forums. Check it out, I'd say.

and, im not a expert, and my english is so so,
dont have the chance on my side for hacking... :canadian:
When i open winamp.exe , they have alot, i dont know wich one i have too replace..

You can replace any of them - becuase when you open Winamp preferences it gives you the selection of images to choose from.
With regards to MSN there is a very very good Mac skin tool floating around on these forums which not only skins the task icon but also msn its self.
Here is a quick tutorial on how to change the Winamp icon.
1. Open Winamp.exe in Resource Hacker.
2. Open Icon Group ->102 ->1033
3. CLick Action -> Replace Icon...
4. Click Open File With New Icon...
5. Find the icon you want to use and click Open.
6. Click Replace.
7. Now the icon is replaced.
8. Click File -> Save and your done.

Msn is even more easy.
There's a nice msn mod on the market...

Just reinstall messenger, choose your favorite skin (brushed has the original iChat trayicon (I'm using brushed) don't know about the other skins, but I think all Aqua or OSX skins use the iChat trayicon.

You can also do it manually, opening msnmsgr.exe in reshacker. You'll have to browse through the bitmaps and change one or two of the bitmaps... But it's not as nice as installing an all skinned messenger from the link above.
