you can try changing the default system font to lucida grande (or whatever) by going into the registry, finding:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\FontSubstitutes

and changing the values in "MS Shell Dlg" and "MS Shell Dlg 2" to lucida grande. reboot.

that'll change the system font all over.

there was no key assignment named FontSubstitutes

You can get Microangelo and change system font.

Sorry, the only references in the registry I could find deal with keys inside CurrentVersion, which you have none of.

From this website:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Fonts

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\FontDPI

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\GRE_INITIALIZE

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Hardware Profiles\Current\Software\Fonts

You may just have to use a program such as what Lynchknot suggested, or reshack every system file that you want changed. >.<

Edit: you could also try searching the regsitry for the fontsubstitutes key.

from that screenshot, english is obviously not your primary language... perhaps int'l versions differ in how they handle system fonts? don't know, it's just a guess, what sketching quoted should work, at least in the english version.
