The closest which you can get to having dark icons for NEOS is either...

- The dark icon set which grim53 has released for shinobi.

- Jet Black icons ported by deleted.

- Shinobi orbital icons by enhanced.

There's no specific icons for NEOS as yet. Hopefully someone might devote some time to making a dedicated set soon?
