Nation Flag In Obbar [help]

I saw some bars with the little national flag on it...how can I do it and where do I find such small flags ???

i believe the flag relates to the input language keyboard layout.

as far as it being in OB, it's just a image. so that means you could easily make an italian flag with your favorite image app that is the same size and format as the one that came with the theme and replace it.
