I have written to the author of this new Mac theme for permisison to port, and as I wait for an answer I am asking for someone's help here to lend a hand in porting it. I have never done a theme before but I am interested in starting with this theme if permission is granted since I was amazed by it when it came out! Or, if someone else in interested in doing it let me know and if I'm granted permission I will contact you to sort it all out.

I received permission from JoE950 to port this, although he has stated "id prefer to have someone with experience just to streamline the process" since I told him I have no experience in porting or building themes. He seems very eager to see the theme ported to windows, so if there is someone experienced who would like to help out, please let me know.
I'd definitely give a hand, if I were experienced... if I were...

Bubbabyte already said he's not interested in doing it, he doesn't really care for the theme.
there must be sombody else here with experience who likes this theme, no?

Yes, I see he asked if anyone wanted to port his theme but I didn't see anyone take him up on it, only crni doing an objectbar theme, which is why I am here now looking for help on the theme itself.
