Making Inactive Windows Transparent

Ive seen this on some OSX screen shots, what program will make my inactive windows semi-transparent

I use a program called ACTUAL TRANSPARANCY. It lets you make any program transparant, either always or when inactive. The only problem with it is you have to choose each program seperatly, it has no automation.

EDIT-- I did some searching and I also found 2 other useful programs: VITRITE and GLASS2K. They are both free and you can get them at download.com. Im using GLASS2K now. It doesnt automatically make inactive windows transparant (unlike actually transparancy), but it can have a right click menu and keyboard hotkeys, which I like.
