Adding Transparency To Dock Icons

Is there any way to do that ? The real OS X dock icons are semi transparent. I think

Yes, McPinty. Most of the docks available now have that feature. You just have to go into the settings and set your transparency level.

Well the simple way is to open the PNGs in Photoshop and add alpha transparency and then use em in your dock...

Well, Mobydock has a transparency slider for the background bar, AND the icons themselves.
