Think you can change the site icon so its a little more freindly with black themes?

Ive included a ss of what im talking about- its from the links toolbar in firebird, see all the ****e spotties around it?

Ok, lets hope so, as I too have noticed this A-S 'favicon' especially on the neat works of Aquarius2003 Saf skin for WB, and recently the resurgence of the Firefox 'theme genie' Lynchknot's great Saf8 and Fasari skins...

I have been using aladinsrl's/kyods modded Milk skin and never really noticed the jaggedness of the A-S site icon, on the Milk Firefox tabs, but did notice it once the BTF (bookmark toolbar folder) items were opened with a light VS like Milk2 Chocolate, but with its greyish highlights...

But with using Lynch's recent Saf8...wow, baby it is an eye sore, so I'm using his Fasari which has a lighter shade of grey for the tab background colour, and it is not as bad, but still...

Glad to hear that this (hopefully) will be rectified with the new board skin, as I know that timan is also a Firefox enthusiast!

Judging by the amount of members who have viewed both Lynch's Saf Update & Aquarius's WB Safari is here for you skin, combined viewing (today) is at @30,000, plus aladin/kyods modded Milk skin viewing @9000, and the Ash/Magbi/NetRyder Pinstripe skin viewing @33,000...Both the Pinstripe & Milk skin (although they have lighter tab background colours), the A-S site icon still shows up very unpolished, depending on VS used...Then we have the Neos/Jetblack VS gang as mentioned above.

Bottom line... I think a lot of members will be very pleased with the new choice of the A-S favicon, that will satisfy the good taste of our 'collective membership'...and reflect the quality of our beloved Aqua Community...

Just a friendly suggestion from someone who knows a bit about logos and design..

Timan, I don't know if you have the site logo in separate layers or not, but if you do I'd suggest trying just the cursor as a favicon. The whole image gets too muddled and isn't really recognizable that small.

wasn't gonna mention it, but since the thread is back, after emtying cache in safari, the favicon doesn't change from the green aqua ball. it's hardly a big deal, but nevertheless.
