I kinda like the lighter shade, it looks softer and less "windows-like" and more "mac-like".

If Im not mistaken, that is from a macine running OSX 10.1, for Jaguar Apple darkened the buttons a bit and thats what Iceman's theme is based on

Is there a theme for the lighter blue buttons? They look so much better IMHO.
Those look fuzzy and not as detailed, I like the higher contrast, brighter jaguar buttons myself... especially on those tabs.

But where would I find an old aqua mssstyle?
I don't know,.. the old buttons do look fuzzy and brighter but that's what I like about them,.. it has a "cleartype" look, fuzzy, soft, un windows-like, cleartype but then for the buttons.
Everybody prefers the darker blue sharper buttons on the new Jaguar, but i'd like to try the original Aqua style softblue buttons?

Get it at Iceman's site. He have all: those oldys and the new msstyle too. Indeed, in his site there is (I'm not sure, but I think I saw that in his site) a link to an explanation of differences between the 2 themes, of course, the 2 original themes from apple (the old one is more lighter, the new one is more soft, blah, blah...)

Yes, I agree. The those buttons look more mac-like. I dont think the jaguar buttons have been changed all that much. But anyways if someone would make a them for that, that would be fantastic because I also like that lighter, softer tone to the buttons.

I think Wfx is the only that can do that, u know Stardock<->Stardock.
And, like u, I haven't alpha blending in hardware (well, at least not per pixel alpha blending) and Wfx looks like a piece of s.....t !
Iceman old aqua theme is outdated. His new Jaguar 2.01 theme is awesome,....
If he'd only redo the 2.01 using the old aqua 10.1 lighter buttons that would be awesome...

Come on lets collect posts, maybe if there are enough he will do it. I don't think it would be impossible, or even hard, all we are asking is that in the iceman jaguar 2.01 theme, iceman change the "blue" of the buttons to the old lighter&brighter Aqua blue, instead of the harsher Jaguar "blue" look.
Please dude, call it Iceman Aqua 2.01, or 2.01a.
There are lots of people who think the new Jaguar build buttons are too dark blue and windows-like.
Who really prefer the old Aqua 10.1 buttons, as they were lighter & brighter, and softer so more Mac Aqua like.

yea.. I agree, why not making out one more version of Iceman's msstyle using lighter shade button. So there will be more variation of Iceman's msstyle around.
