Will The Upgrade Work

i have an old macintosh quadra thats running 7.5.5 and i found a site that has an update to 8.1

is this worth downloading or what is it at all?

it dosnt really matter. but i was just wondering.

If it runs 7.5, it probably runs 8.1 fine.

If you use the machine at all, upgrade. If you want to play around, upgrade. If you just found it in your garage and couldn't care less, don't upgrade.
