Hmm...The taskbar is the only good part.
errr... thats an ugly theme
Swiz did as good as one could possibly do on it...it's not his fault it's fugly, but ugly it is >.
ya it also not my tast, it looks like some mix with old windows classic themes ![]()
Very windows-y, no wonder Steve Jobs had to go back to Apple
Hey guys, why don't you start your own "I HATE NEXT... ARRRG" thread.
As you can see this is a "I LIKE DAMN NEXT" thread.
So move the "WOW IT'S SO UGLY" to the NeXT thread.
Oh, and i'm not angry about any of you btw, it's a matter of taste. "i hope you get that now"
You don't catch me swarming other people's threads by how much i hate this style or don't like this application because i respect other people's choices "Full Stop"
Ok then, everybody raise your hand if you like NeXT!
*crickets start chirping*
I think this theme deserves to be another Mac-only.
You know.. 3-4 years ago I loved the Next interface. It might be a nice one to have around for a simple minimal system, but quite frankly there are a lot more themes out there that I would like to see ported before this.
Phoenix76.. why not work on the port yourself. I'm sure you could get the permissions.

Hi
Well nowhereman, as an answer to your question... It's simply because i don't have what it takes to do such a thing.
From my basic experience with StyleBuilder... i didn't like it that much in terms of easy usage, i can't see my self pulling such a task off.
I remember in the days prior to XP and StyleXP when i was still using WB, there were a lot of good X Systems/NeXT System's ports for all sort of apps done by John T. Folden and others.
Is there anyone working on a neXT visual style?
edit: why have I written request as "regust"? wierd...
maybe people thinks it's an ugly theme? hmmm...
