Problems Accessing Some Sites!

Hi, I'm having this problem in the past 2 weeks, specifically with:

www.designtechnika.com

www.opera.com (All opera links to be more precisely!)

Sometimes, not always when I click in the links they even won't load, in Opera nothing happens, just a blank page, in IE pops-up the message "could not find server".

I tried in my dad's comp and it's exactly the same thing using IE.

This is very weird because it only affects the sites above, all others are ok and as nothing to do with configurations because I haven't changed anything and the funny part is that it could be 2 days or half a day without any connection and suddenly it could work at 100% without any gap!

Could it be from my ISP??? If so they will receive very soon a phone call...

For all this, I'm wondering if anyone knows/have/had the same problem and may know what is possibly happening?

it could be a number of things: maybe the sites were down, maybe your isp needs to update dns or something, maybe you need to clear your cache, maybe you have a virus.

scan for viruses/spyware, check your configuration settings again, clear your cache, flush dns (ipconfig /flushdns), call isp.

The only thing I didn't do was call isp, I see it must be their problem then...

ahh, well if you call the isp, you'll know for sure whether it's a problem on your end or theirs (or the site's).

Ok, I finally know what is causing this!

I called today to my ISP telling what was happening and guess what....VIRUS!!! they were attacked by the damm viruses and are trying to solve the problem as soon as possible...

There's people out there that waste they're knowledgements in this kind of crap to what?!? I presume the main reason is one only...to raise up the ego...
