Yeah I've been using Ad-Aware for a long time and it's really good. Especially if you use P2P software such as Kazaa..it cleans out all the junk from your system

Yeah, Ad-aware is awesome. Ive been using it for a while now. Make sure you guys get the newest refrence File, with it installed, it found a whole bunch more spyware on my computer. They have an automatic Ref update program now too, check it out.
This one works a whole lot better right now:
Ad-aware is not updated with a whole lot of frequency at this time.
