Sadly, that would be the only thread in the iPod section. There is not much customization you could do with an iPod. The only thing would be if/when somebody hacks the software on the iPod to create you own apps. There just would be enough activity to have an iPod section.
I think with iPodlounge being around for so long to cater for iPod users, there isn't really much requirement for us to have here at A-S as well. And as wizard has pointed out, there's isn't much room for customisation.
Probably the random thread for the iPod every now and then can make it to the General Discussion forum.
No way, theres no point. There is nothing you can do with ipods.
We already have a section for this sort of thing: Apple Hardware
But thats not ipod only section. Its a mac hardware section...
