Well.... I thought I'd give you some C&C, just don't take it to rough. 
I think the image as a whole looks kinda "filtery". You've based it heavily on filters and they show, which is not always good. The colors are nice, and the middle "button" is quite allright, I got no beef with that. The side "tatoos" look like they stand out from the whole peice too much, I mean like they are a seperate part or something. I'd try and work them in together with the rest of it somehow but I don't know...
I really dislike that multibanded glow you have on them aswell, and the deafult piss-yellow glow-color has to go, I'm sorry. Try replacing with a gradient looking something like this, and set it to screen mode and see if it looks better, experiment with size and treshold:
I think the inner bevel on the tatoos should go aswell, and maybe change to color of the tatoo themselves to solid black instead of grey.... hmm
You seem to be going for more of a "banner" look then a poster (I'm thinking movie-poster-like) if you ask me... I find the "movie-poster-look" more dynamic and easier to capture the audience eye but then again it is much harder to pull off looking good. One really has to plan things out ahead....
Can't really think of anything else right now, kinda tired. Sorry if I sound harsh... I'm trying to give good advice but I usualy come out sounding like an ass.

I think it's totally cool. I really like the glow under the button.

) but yea i forgot to mention here that is not the current version but i was thinkin to add more tribal stuff so that the ones on the end are not left out
