Problem Setting The Upload Speed...

the is how I set it...

Selected Counter:

\\THY\Network Interface(Realtek RTL8139 Family PCI Fast Ethernet NIC - Packet Scheduler Miniport)\Bytes Sent/sec

and i set the unit from byte to kilobyte....

but it always stay at 0 ....

anyone know how to make it work???
