Why When A Topic Is "moved" There's No Access

I don't know if it is just me but when a topic is moved to another thread it is no longer accessible.

Probably because it gets moved to our hidden folder for deleted posts, which is not accessable to anyone but admins and mods.

Just thought there was something wrong. Why not post moved to purgatory so we know there's nothing wrong with the board or the account.

By the way is there an official site we can go if this Forum goes down and we need to find-out what happened or the status of this Forum ?
