Tweak Power Tray Icon

What .dll should be tweaked to get the power trayicon look like a nice OS X like icon? I hate the ugly windows plug between all the others!

Its the batmeter.dll in system32..

I made a bmp, but i cannot seem to get it to work in my batmeter.dll

Keep getting explorer errors when its loaded...

I think it has something to do with the amount of colors used..

U need to use the exact palette as in the original bmp...

It now looks like this:
