I've seen that in some of the last themes like brushed or milk, they have found a way to fix the error on programs like adobe photoshop and illustrator, so can any of the themes masters over here fix this for us using this panther themes??....or...is there a panther theme fixed already??

Haha, Goku will love you for this. This bug has been irritating a lot of people and is common with most visual styles. I've heard from many skinners that it is easy to fix, but unfortunately some of us just don't have the time (or in my case skill) to do these simple things.
Keep hoping. Some skinner will finally fix it. 
well , I know how to use photoshop...I'm a graphic designer....but I know nothing about StyleBuilder...., maybe some intrucction and I figure it out. I love the kol's panther theme style I'm using, but I just have to change it when I work...as you say..it's quite irritating .
Actually, it really would bew nice if someone could type up a short explanation of the Photoshop bug fix (and pin it?) I know at least one other skinner is looking for a solution. (Yes, I did try searching and nothing's coming up besides requests for the fix to be made to various skins). Anyone?

does it really matter.... i mean unless you use ps 12 hours out of the day, does it really matter if one button is off...lol
Sry, there is no real way to fix a theme with this bug. For some reason the photoshop prog can't read and portray round glyphs in the menus. So themes like luna, stefankas latest snowpanther, and 6 pack show perfectly, while themes like icemans jaguar / others don't show correctly because the buttons are round. There is no way to fix this unless you get different buttons for the theme.

are you sure? i'm using a modded opus osx (with 6pack glyphs) and it doesn't appear right. but perhaps i modded it wrong (though it appears fine everywhere else).
whats a Theme Master?

sadly...I do use PS 25 hours a day..... 
Check out this thread on DT2. (I asked them there because I know some of them don't have the problem).
