Looks like it has tons of possibilies, tons of prety rotating things and what not, home someone makes one :naughty:
Looks like a good program. If I had Flash, I'd have a bash (hey, that rhymes!) But I don't. Bah >.![]()
Yeah thats the problem "Legal" versions of flash are expensive.
I've got an Educational version of Flash, but I'm still learning it and busy doing my VS...
I'll try making a login for Smoothstripes Black on it afterward but whether it would be any good or not is another thing.
i don't see the practicality of this; since we're only in the loginscreen for like a second--now if someone made a cross between this and avedesk... SPOODGE

not sure if u've used the real Panther login screen, but it resizes when u select the user to log into, it also has a number of various other effects the the current logon screens simply cant do. i can see with flash as the logon screen all these effects would be a posibility assuming someone had the right skills. it would bring us another step closer to panther.

I'm working on an FM login for my own use - my company owns several copies of Flash, so I guess that puts me at an advantage. FMLogin is very attractive to me because of the way it allows one to integrate all the visual bells and whistles of Flash into the Windows environment. Also, FMLogin allows you to create branded logins - another potential source of revenue.
As far as FML being useless because of the amount of time that one actually spends in the login screens, etc., there are actually several states that your PC can be in which FML will handle. For instance, when I leave my workstation for lunch, I lock it with the "Windows + L" key combo. Then, since I'm using FML, not only does my PC display info that indicates it's locked, but also a little animation for pure visual embellishment. This is of course not useful in the traditional sense, but since when is modding on this level a usability issue?
It's just for fun ![]()
I also got educational version of flash.....
But I don't have time actually....
Then that could be nice to have screenshots of the real panther logon or few word that explain what it does....
I saw the logon but can't remember precisely everything.....
i'd like to see some feedback from the Frontmotion forums, on how to get it to display the user accounts like the XP Welcome screen. if anyone could help with this, or suggest a place to look, that would help allot..
There doesn't seem to be a lot of support for that right now. I'm just taking the FLA apart piece by piece to see how it works. I can't hope for good documentation anytime soon...
