Amazing Movie!

Omg, you just HAVE to see this movie! --->HERE :P

Lots of very very impressive matrix-style wire work. Lots of jumping, wall-walking, kicking, and so forth.

Are those guys human

they seem to move faster than the camera

lol i love it when people automatically assume its wire work...if you've seen gymkana, then this is nothing new at all (hmm something called gymnastics people!)

And if anyone's done wushu here, then you probably see this everyday. I've seen 13 year olds (light bodies) that do aerials like this all day. If you can do this, then breakdancing will seem like nothing at all.

Coolies, I wanna see this film. Looks purdy. :D

I don't assume it's wire work...

I just understand that some of the stuff they're doing, they're doing at a speed which is either gravity defying or wire work...

i love when they all run up the wall at the end and do a backflip. Wish i was that talented. Hmmm, got my whole life ahead of me...maybe i should move to some place with muay thai?

Damn, is there any chance Ong-Bak will be translated into english and then showed in america? That looks like a good movie...

I can do that and land on my head :D

#129257

If I could do that I would be an ultralove ninja rockstar!

@ Stevie:

No wires... Just slo-mo I think... I have done quite a bit of work in film & video and alot of the shots there looked like they had been slowed down... rather than using wires....

Nice vid tho :)

Cheers,

that was awesome, there's this kid in my school that's good at that stuff. We call him Samurai, or Shinobi, he brought his katana into school one day but got it confiscated...

#129290

WOW :woot: Sick!

#129293

Stevie, you may want to edit the wire-work bit. There's no wirework involved. The floor and tramp work can be done my any accomplished gymnstic hyped up on red-bull. ^_^

Back in the day, I do believed I tried to do backflips off the wall... I never could land nicely on my feet, but I at least was able to rotate enough to land on my knees.

Seeing then flying over the mats off the mini tramp brought back memories of my gymnast youth.

IMO this would be cool if little girls in leotards didn't do it too every summer olympics

the only part i liked was the popping and locking

#129406

man those guys on the first one are awesome! really cool stuff :D

nice out-takes hehehehe

i think some of the summersault sequences were much better than many summersault sequences i've seen in olympics. the only difference is that in the olympics they can't try 10 times and rest 15 minutes between jumps :P

the only part i liked was the popping and locking

Which one? I liked the dude with hat, but i'm not sure that was pop and lock, but the other dude, that got a dude to get up and dance with him looked mighty gay. :)

impressive... and definatively no wires. bout the only one i can do it the part where they're horizontal to the ground off the verticle poll :P .

btw, does nyone know the soundtrack?
