Request Icons From This Dockbar
Whilst I can't help with any of them, I can tell you that the furthest right is (or rather, looks like) a minimized task on the real MacOS dock, where the Task is one of the metallic apps (probably iTunes, if I'm not mistaken) - you won't get an icon of that anytime soon.

Just ask Brasil about the icons. I saw these in his last desktop. PM him.

ok i can tell you that the second from the right is a HDD from the mub iconset (www.mubicons.com), the one before is a minimized app, so, sorry, no icon for that.
Then, the next after that is iPulse, the iconfactory app, so sorry, no icon for that either, it is a dynamic image.
The other ones, sorry, cant help you
