Is there any program or way to change the evil windows xp logo in system properties to a mac logo?

ok but what do i do with that? I have seen screenshots of peoples systems where the system properties window looks just like when i click on about this mac on a mac. I want it to have the ram thing and the mac logo like on a mac. Ive seen it done but i have no clue how to.
