Anybody have a link to this theme with the back and forward buttons joined? I've PM'd Shiggy and left a message on the March screenshots page, but no response.

looks like the default one to me
It's not the default one. Shiggy's has a joined back/forward button. The default one that Stefanka posted a while back has back and forward buttons with a very large gap between them.
I realize that his back/forward button is probably only functions as a back button with the graphic of back and forward, but I'd still like the theme.
