if i modify a theme,
and i would like to share with other people,
do i need to ask permission to release "my modify theme"?:moon:
but i think "permission of theme" is difficult to define(only i think)...
i just want to share the theme to other people~

Yes, you must ask for permission before you release your modified theme, also dont forget to give credit to the original author of the theme you modified.

permission is not just required, it`s also a sign of good manners.
Original authors usually give permissions if the modified theme doesn`t devolve the original one.

there you go, now you be a good non english speaker and copy paste that into an email to the author of the original theme.

It depends how much you midify the theme. IE how much of the oriiginal theme is left, original settings, origninal images etc. If theres llike 75% original left i say yes get permision. If theres like 10% left i say naw no permision needed.
